SPARK - Light Up St Claude

About the Event
“The Spark” is the official kickoff for a multi-year Safer St. Claude Master Plan, a collaborative effort between seven neighborhood organizations, nonprofits, and city/state partners. More than a one-night celebration, this illuminated art event will serve as a high-visibility pilot to drive awareness, community consensus, and the momentum needed for long-term transformation.
