Charlie is a partner at the law firm of Huber Thomas & Marcelle, where he is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Washington D.C. Charlie's law practice focuses on representing bicyclists injured or harassed by hostile and distracted drivers, unsafe road conditions, and defective cycling products. Charlie's undergraduate degree is from Texas A&M, where he was the president of the Texas A&M Cycling Team and had a successful racing career. Charlie also chairs Bike Easy's Policy & Design Committee and is a cycling instructor for the League of American Bicyclists. Charlie is married and the father of two little girls.
